Direct selling shines through Covid pandemic The fact is that the COVID-19 pandemic has severely tested the direct selling industry, having to strictly adhere to the prescribed social distancing norms, the constant fear of infection and of course, the lockdown. These slowed supply channels and created hurdles in product movement. As every crisis is an opportunity, the turn of events also precipitated the transformation of the industry to capitalise on the digital ecosystem and create a new setup for distributors to facilitate business during these tough times.
